- Contribute to manage budgets (labor efficiency, BOL, process warrant cost, error proofing, operational quality, OEE, etc…)
- Define and manage investments and process cost for new and or existing projects (CAPEX)
- Assure production processes are executed according defined SOP, procedures and 5S discipline
- Responsible for the process change procedure
- Review of the Value stream Map based on production planning and optimize the flow and line balancing accordingly
- Document standardized work instructions and job element sheet
- Performed as a team leader in the problem solving team and task force team
- Participate in 8D and problem solving
- Key role in process issues analysis
- Set, monitor and evaluate Process Parameters and Product Parameters
- Provide/modify process documentation for product and process changes
